Karen C.L. Anderson helps folks navigate and heal from shame. She earned her wisdom via the school of life and along the way became a master-certified life coach and author of several books including You Are Not Your Mother: Releasing Generational Trauma and Shame; Overcoming Creative Anxiety; and Difficult Mothers, Adult Daughters: A Guide for Separation, Liberation, and Inspiration.

Tracey Yokas creates stuff. When she isn’t writing, she can be found playing with paint, glitter, and glue. She is the author of award-winning Bloodlines: A Memoir of Harm and Healing (everywhere books are sold), and her passion is supporting women in their journey towards authenticity. She fulfills her mission by creating safe spaces where art, words, and vulnerability meet.
