Boundary Breakthrough: An Intention Setting workshop
Self-care for mental health and wellness with Kerstin and Tracey
Introduction to the Boundary Breakthrough Workshop
Nurture Inner Guidance and Strength
When we don’t know how to prioritize ourselves and the things that bring us joy, we lose touch with inner wisdom. We drift further from clarity and confidence and end up in a state of distraction, overwhelm, and confusion.
When you neglect or ignore your intuition. . .
You feel stuck in self-doubt, question yourself, and feel uncertain about your decisions.
You experience inner conflict when your path is misaligned with your values.
And you feel stressed and burned out, because you don’t know how to trust your instincts.
Boundary and intention setting grounds us, protects our energy, and prioritizes what truly matters.
Learn how to tune in to move forward with purpose and trust, with confidence in our ability to make choices that honor your needs and align with your true path.
Do you say any of the following?
- “I can never make the right decision; I always mess things up. I’m exhausted.”
- “I put everyone’s needs ahead of my own. I’m sick and tired of people taking advantage of me, but don’t know how to change.”
- “My New Year’s resolutions never work out anyway, so why would I bother setting an intention instead. It’s useless.”
- “Since I don’t know what I really want, I might as well go along with what others say and do.”
- “I’m probably overthinking this, but whatever. I can’t trust my instincts.”
Relying on an outdated concept like willpower keeps us stuck; tuning in to our best intentions and setting boundaries allows us to move forward with more clarity and ease.

Introducing: Boundary Breakthrough: An Intention Setting Workshop
This 90-minute live, group workshop is designed to help people who struggle to set and maintain boundaries, and who long to step into their confidence, knowing what they want and why they want it.
Change begins with awareness—learning how to create enough space to stop repeating old patterns. Instead of pushing through or ignoring our instincts, we tap in to our intuition. We set a loving boundary with ourselves, refusing to listen to limiting beliefs that cloud our judgment. Those false thoughts make us doubt ourselves and our desires, obscure our strengths and accomplishments.
By tuning into our intuition, we shift our focus to what’s true. Set the record straight. We embrace our burgeoning wisdom and set an intention.
This 90-minute, group event is an opportunity to gain personal insight and support, as well as contribute to a larger dialogue around your mental health, self-care, and wellbeing.
What you’ll achieve:
- Gain Clarity: Using Kerstin’s Thoughtful Journaling Process, you’ll learn how to distinguish between your true instincts and external noise, start making decisions with confidence.
- Build Self-Trust: Using Tracey’s Steps For Easing Discomfort, you’ll strengthen your ability to trust your inner voice and honor your needs without hesitation.
- Develop Emotional Resilience: By creating a boundary, you’ll protect your energy, reduce stress, and prevent burnout.
- Cultivate Personal Empowerment: By embracing your intention, you’ll live with more purpose and direction.

transform the challenges of uncertainty and doubt into a choice to know, accept, and heal.
Making a conscious choice to set an intention and honor your boundary deepens connection to self and others.
