No, Not Crazy Podcast

A Conversation with Jessica Hornstein

We’ve all experienced invalidation that makes us question ourselves and sometimes, even feel a little crazy! From relationships to healthcare, from workplaces to spiritual communities, from media influence to societal bias and more, No, Not Crazy will explore the messages we internalize, their effects on our lives, and the ways we can free ourselves from them.

Sharing stories and speaking with experts, we’ll dig into the experiences that dismiss our truths and undermine our knowing.

Join Jessica and I, as we learn how to better validate ourselves and others so, together, we can all feel a little less crazy.

Jessica’s Mission:

With over two decades in education, curriculum development, and coaching, she helps people unravel the impact of external or outdated messages, become embodied, and know their inner truth so they can break the cycle of toxic or unsatisfying relationships and choose or create healthy, fulfilling relationships.

We work on clearing away the veil of pressures, beliefs, and expectations (that you may not even be aware of) so you can access and activate you, the core of you underneath it all.

  • That there can be more to our understanding of trauma than meets the eye.
  • Why courage is sometimes necessary for compassion toward yourself and others.
