The Body Love Binge Podcast
A Conversation with Victoria Kleinsman
In this episode of the Body Love Binge Podcast, host Victoria interviews Tracey Yokas, an advocate for mental health and wellness. Tracey shares her family’s journey with mental illness to help others know they are not alone.
The conversation focuses on Tracey’s experience as a mother to a daughter struggling with disordered eating and depression. She provides insight into how a parent’s past can impact how they show up for their children, especially when difficulties arise.
Overall, listeners can expect to gain perspective on mothering children with mental health issues. There is also helpful advice around self-care, healing generational trauma, and embracing imperfection.
The Body Love Binge
Victoria’s purpose is to guide you on a journey to discover your true self, live in complete food freedom and to cultivate a loving relationship with your body and yourself.
If you think this might sound too good to be true, Victoria completely understands. She once felt the same way. While our stories are unique, she’s no different from us at the core. She’s a woman who’s faced her share of challenges, learned how to thrive, and made it her life’s mission to help others do the same.
You don’t have to do this alone—she’ll guide you with tough love and compassion to where you want to be.
She’s certified in coaching, nutrition and personal training. As a perpetual student, she is also highly educated in Intuitive Eating (IE), Health At Every Size (HAES) ®, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), trauma, behavioural psychology, and habit formation.
Although primarily a coach, consider her a therapist, psychotherapist, nutritionist, mentor, and coach all rolled into one.
Even though she has a lot of education, she’s found that her qualifications are rarely the focus. People approach her because they see results they desire for themselves.
